Beginning 7/13/26, National Grid will perform a visual patrol of their entire electric Transmission system. This work is expected to take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to complete. The pilots will fly Monday-Friday at their normal flight height and are not expected to hover around transmission towers or circuits unless an issue is found.
