Trash Collection Issues

The Town has received phone calls about residents starting to use the new trash carts and Waste Management not emptying them. The new carts don’t go in to use until July 1^st, they are delivering them early so residents are prepared. USA Waste was notified and they have responded by offering to pick up a trash bag that is left next to the new carts if residents don’t have enough room in the carts since their trash wasn’t picked up this week. We would also like to remind residents that they can sign up for Code Red notifications from the Town by going to the Town or Police Department website and clicking on the link.
